Tour Of Nilgiri Hills - In its most recent version, this Tour of the Nilgiris significantly improved the quality of accommodations (an occasional grumble with certain riders, but the selection of accommodation in smaller towns are restricted and the one thing you don't want to face after a long and tiring ride is a filthy accommodation room) and also added a brand new feature: a brief portion of the rides on most days that riders could decide to race. The route was pretty nice to travel from Bengaluru through Mysore, Hassan, Coorg, Kannur and Sultan Bathery before ending in the hills close to Ooty.
